Every price includes

Pricing questions
Why is there a starting price and not a final price?
The plan sets most of the cost. Your lot sets the rest: how materials reach the build area, slope, utilities and finish level. Feasibility gives you a range; the contract fixes the price at the end of design.
Can I change a library plan?
Yes. Small changes, like a window or a door swing, keep design simple. Bigger changes move toward a custom design, which we price before you commit.
Are city fees included?
Permit and review fees are passed through at cost and listed separately, so you can see exactly what the city charged.
